NFA Item Transfer Policy – Gable Sporting Goods

When purchasing an NFA item from Gable Sporting Goods, it must be shipped to a valid SOT (Special Occupational Tax) dealer.

During checkout, you will be prompted to select an FFL dealer. Please make sure that your FFL dealer is also an SOT dealer. If you do not see yours listed, please select the option to enter that information manually.

After completing your order, contact your chosen SOT dealer and have them email a copy of their FFL and SOT license to us at customerservice@gablesportsga.com. Be sure they include your full name and order number in the email.

Once we receive the proper documentation from your dealer, we’ll submit a Form 3 Transfer Request to the ATF to authorize the transfer to your selected dealer. This approval process typically takes 1–3 weeks.

After the ATF approves the transfer, we’ll ship the NFA item directly to the designated dealer, and you’ll receive tracking information via email once it ships.
