 Firearm Transfers at Gable Sporting Goods

Shopping online for a new firearm and need a place to ship it? Send it to us! Using Gable Sporting Goods for your transfer is easy and hassle-free.

Transfer Fees:

  • $35 Transfer Fee

  • (+$5 for Background Check if required)

We understand how exciting it is to receive a new firearm, and our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. Here’s what you need to know about picking up your firearm:

 

Who Can Pick Up Your Firearm?

  • Only the person who paid for the firearm can pick it up.

  • The name on the receipt must match the name on the identification.

  • No exceptions – We will terminate any transaction that appears to be a straw purchase.

 

When Your Package Arrives:

You may receive a notification from the shipping carrier when your package is delivered. Please be patient! We receive multiple transfers daily, and it can take a few hours to check them in. Once your firearm is ready for pickup, we will call the phone number listed on the invoice.

 

Background Check Requirements:

The background check process can vary. Some checks are instant, while others may take longer to process.

  • If you have a Valid Georgia Weapons Carry License, you do not need a background check.

  •  If required, the background check fee is $5. 

 

Sending Our FFL to Your Dealer:

To have your firearm shipped to us, the seller must have a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL).
