The chromelined barrel features a heavy phosphate exterior for longterm durability, while the freefloating GL/SSC RIS II rail system delivers a rigid, battleproven mounting solution that preserves barrel harmonics. The rail provides ample space for optics, lights, lasers, and other missioncritical accessories. Designed with versatility in mind, the GL/SSC is compatible with suppressors and M203 mounting accessories through its freefloat hanger system, resulting in a rugged, adaptable rifle that blends historical significance with modern capability.
