The completely weldless construction enables precise internal geometries such as long form helical baffles that reduce turbulence and cut backpressure compared to traditional stacked baffle designs. Reduced backpressure helix baffles work with the XCR system to minimize blowback and improve reliability across sustained strings of fire.
HUB compatible 1.375x24 TPI mounting provides straightforward attachment to compatible cores and accessories for rapid field use. A low flash vented endcap helps control visible muzzle signature while venting gases to manage thermal behavior without sacrificing performance.
