Glove Benefits
The Mizuno Franchise 12.5" First Base Mitt is designed specifically for first basemen, offering a 12.5inch length that provides the ideal size for scooping throws and controlling the ball. Made from highquality fullgrain leather, this mitt combines lasting durability with a nearly gameready feel, requiring minimal breakin time. Its Single Post, Double Bar Web is perfect for creating a secure pocket, making it easier to snag errant throws and secure those critical outs. The Parashock+ Palm Pad ensures that impact absorption is topnotch, reducing the sting from hard throws and providing extra comfort. The MZO Lining effectively wicks moisture away, keeping your hand dry and comfortable throughout intense innings. With HiLo Lacing, you get the strength of a fullylaced web, but with enhanced flexibility, allowing for smooth movement and easy closure. The glove’s handbased patterns help position the pocket directly under the web, letting you shape your mitt like a pro and making every play count.
