Description
The Evergreen JT topwater is a compact, slim bodied topwater pencil that excels around pressured fish. Built with an internal fixed weight system and no rattles, the Evergreen JT is able to be cast long distances and is incredibly easy to walkthedog on both fast and slower retrieves. At rest, the Evergreen JT Topwater sits noseup in the water and is able to quickly get back up walking with little effort on the anglers part. Due to the design and weighting of the bait, the 3 stickysharp treble hooks on the belly stay in the water no matter how aggressive the lure is worked, which greatly increased the hookup ratio of the JT. The additional weighting also aids in resisting being pushed away by a fish as it strikes, a problem that can occur in many other topwaters on the market.
