Description
Built on the same compact, rigid and versatile platform as the popular SLX baitcasting reel, with the addition of Shimano’s unique DC Braking technology, SLX DC puts no compromise casting performance within every angler&##39;s reach.
Features
- Hagane Body - A metal reel body with high rigidity and impact resistance, eliminating body flexing and resulting in increased efficiency through strength.
- The Intelligent Digital Control (I-DC4) - A braking system featuring four modes that read various situation changes from casting to the arrival of the lure at the target spot by reading the spool&##39;s rotation and makes fine adjustments to the brake accordingly.
- S3D Spool - A balanced and uniform thin-wall aluminum spool, creating an incredibly smooth feeling when casting and retrieving.
- Super Free Spool - Zero friction is placed upon the spool shaft and enhances casting performance.
